A Texas Certified Mediator as well as a Real Estate broker since 1990, Lois established Resource Management in 1987. She is active in The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and Special Olympics.

Vanessa has an extensive background in management and her community involvement has earned her several awards for her participation. A Texas Real Estate Broker, Vanessa specializes in Homeowner Associations (HOA’s). She understands that every homeowner’s association is unique and can custom design a package to best fit the needs of each homeowner association she manages. Her background as an entrepreneur has allowed her to look at property management from a different perspective.
Vanessa’s knowledge in construction helps her when she is working with contractors and this enables her to develop the best product possible while at the same time bringing the project in on budget.
